Holiday 2005 Program Photos
These
are the available photos so far. Check back for more as they are
sent in.
(foster parents, please get photos in asap...)
Thanks
to all of you, we collected enough money to give each fostered formerly
chained or penned dog in our program at least $100 in gifts of beds,
toys, and treats! Plus, cover the medical expenses of the dogs who
needed help...In addition, Susanna Richer, Maine rep, was grateful
to receive enough money to cover all the vet bills for the dogs
she'd rescued from the outdoor kennels!
The
DDB Headquarters Drama Unfolds: Poor Ming would love to
ALWAYS have a toy either in her mouth or nearby...but the Scaredy
Sisters will have none of that...the second Ming isn't looking,
they sneak up, steal her toy, and take it outside. Below, see photos
as the soap opera continues with the holiday gifts.

Ming
chooses her toy

Takes
it to her favorite spot, the couch

Sugar
steals her toy the minute her head is turned

The
sisters continue their plot to bury every toy out in the yard...

Spotty,
world-famous treat catcher
(that's why he's chubby, he catches his and everyone else's!)
Special
thanks to Carolyn Ettinger and her boss Mike from California, who
sent a wonderful gift donation plus two huge boxes full of toys
and beds and treats for the dogs to the main headquarters. We split
these with all the dogs in our area, in addition to buying more
kongs and a ton of kong filling to keep them going for awhile!

Sexy
Baron in Ohio shows off his new collar, bed, and Kong.
This boy would make a handsome addition to any home!

Speaking
of sexy, Lady in Maine cuts quite a figure
as she shows off her new toys, treats, and harness!

Teddy
loves to lean up against you! He was a lucky dog this year, he got
a new bed, a new 22" high bowl set, a grooming glove, as well
as treats and toys.

There's
Sammy, stretched out in his new bed with his toys, and along the
side, see him with one of his gifts in his mouth. He wanted to thank
everyone so much for your help!
Thanks
so much to all of you who sponsored gifts
for the formerly chained and penned dogs!
Of course, we have foster dogs all year long,
so help is always needed and appreciated.
